The members support the activities of the association based on their backgrounds and also select the honorary managing and advisory boards of SGKV, within their capacity.
The Managing Board
The Managing Board administers the association. It consists of at least two and up to five honorary members along with the Managing Director, elected by the General Assembly of members of the association for a two-year tenure. This Board implements the decisions of the General Assembly and the Advisory Board within the framework an approved economic plan. The Advisory Board
The Advisory Board advises the organs of the association and the administrative office, apart from providing valuable suggestions on the fundamental strategic topics of the association. This Board consists of up to 12 Natural or Legal persons from the members. The Advisory Board shall represent the members of the association appropriately.
